Now I only have pets, so here are the two new caramel wethers George (strange with no horns at all), im more than happy with that! and Buddy looking up, both have been trained as petting sheep for a Special Needs School, but now theyb are special to me now...the other pic with the black wether are my most favourite friends, but all my sheep are special. so a new era for me .......just petting and no heritage flock anymore....very sad, but all is quiet, and no more getting up to see if any mother is lambing . Just nice and peacful.

Below are pics of the sheep getting their heads through the hurdles. Of course there is one stupid lamb which had to pit her head through the narrow slots at the bottom and had no idea how to turn her head sideways to get out! so I had to put on each hurdle some plastic chicken wire and wire some wood on the bottom to stop the sheep getting their heads under the hurdle and lifting it up and unlocking the tops which was quite dangerous. So to stop that happening I found some lengths of garden rose ties just perfect for the job. Is it only me who has these problems?
